Provenance

We are all passionate about the produce we prepare and serve at Bibury Court.

Gloucestershire has an abundance of seriously good farms and producers and we have been tapping into the local markets for a while now. Wherever possible we scour the local farms for the unfortunate beasts, selecting only the finest produce that ends up on your plate.

We worked out that the average distance of our main suppliers is twenty-two miles - not bad we think, in our effort to keep things local, keep mileage down and celebrate what the Cotswolds has to offer.

You may not find strawberries on the menus in winter, but the pears you'll tuck into will be the best you've eaten and will have travelled all of ten minutes to get here...
