Origin Restaurant at Bibury Court
Borne out of a desire to reconnect with the land and the bountiful produce available in this region, Head Chef James Graham has created delectable and delicious menus based on local provenance, wild and foraged elements, heritage ingredients and superb, natural meats. Everything is personally sourced and the origination of all the features of each dish has been hand selected and is known to James and his team. So involved is James with the produce and the producers, that he actively manages some of the land and the livestock which is inherent to the taste and quality of his dishes.
Origin is open for dinner in the elegant Oak Room and can be taken either from the `A la Carte Menu or the Tasting Menu. Our Head Chef, James Graham is passionate about taking what is already familiar but re-imagining it, exploring new and exciting flavours of forgotten wild ingredients, using only produce with outstanding taste. This is intrinsic to every dish so that every mouthful tastes as good as it should and so that dining at Origin is a tantalising treat, one which the diner will want to keep on experiencing and exploring. The restaurant is open every day but the Origin Tasting Menu is served Tuesdays through to Saturday. Private dining is available as well as bespoke menus and Chef's Table. Please contact Reception for more details.

Wild ~ the best from land, sea and air
Our flesh, fish and fowl comes from Roger's Quality Meats, New Wave Seafoods, Celtic Seafare, Flying Fish and Woodland Game. We also utilise our own venison and wild game.
Foraged ~ nature's bounty
Edible leaves, roots, herbs, fungi and other hidden delights are provided by suppliers including Richard Potts, Adrian Newy, Forager Ltd and Yun at Mountain Food Company
Heritage ~ treasured breeds and varieties
We work closely with producers at Swyre Valley Farm, Glebe Farm, Westmoor Farm, Milton Farm, Walter Rose Butchers, Broomhalls Butchers and Abattoir, Paddy Bulllock Vegetables, Wellocks, abbey Home Farm and Paddock Farm Pork.
