Bibury Court is a beautiful Cotswold hotel - a Jacobean manor house dating back to the 17th Century, set in half a dozen acres of Gloucestershire countryside right in the heart of the Cotswolds. It's a relaxing place, without rules, regulations, pomp or ceremony, run in a manner to ensure peace and relaxation, providing solace from the frenetic world outside.
Our aim is to be friendly, helpful, welcoming and, in a word, genuinely hospitable.
Bibury Court hotel has 18 bedrooms. With a roaring fire in the Drawing Room on cold days, snug bar, award winning restaurant and glorious gardens bordered by the trout-filled River Coln, the hotel ticks every box for a night or two away. It is a perfect base from which to explore the beauty of the Cotswolds or to enjoy a romantic break.
At Bibury, we serve, modern British food without pretension. Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas are some of the most lovingly farmed lands in Britain and we take advantage of that produce, straight onto the plate. Traditional Afternoon Tea is a speciality of the House. Please call us in advance to book a table.
Just 7 miles from the historic town of Cirencester, 20 from Cheltenham, 25 from Oxford and 50 from Bristol, Bibury Court seems accessible from every point on the compass. London is an hour and a half's drive, if you don't come across a tractor on the way.
The hotel is found on the edge of the famous village of Bibury, once described by William Morris as ‘the most beautiful village in England’.
