To make a reservation, please telephone our reception team to discuss the number and type of rooms you require, along with any special requests you may have.
To secure the reservation, we require either a credit/debit card number or written confirmation by letter, fax or email. If you are unable to give card details, a non-refundable cheque deposit of £100 per room, per night will be required.

Rooms are available from 3.00pm onwards on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.
If you require earlier check-in, let us know and we will endeavour to have your room available.
Please note that as this is a Grade I Listed building, we do not have a lift in the Hotel. All rooms have to be reached by stairs. We do have one ground floor room – please ask our reception team for further details. We can assist with porterage, but should luggage be too heavy, we may need to divide bags for health and safety reasons.
We allow up to two dogs per room. A charge of £5.00 per dog, per night will apply. A set of dog rules are available at the time you make your reservation, which are designed for the comfort of all our guests and to ensure we are able to continue to accept dogs in the future.
Most major credit/debit cards are accepted, together with cheques supported by a valid bankers card or cash.
If you cancel your room within 14 days of your booking and we are unable to re-let the room we will make a charge against your credit card to the value of the first night's stay.
Prepayment will be required for room bookings at certain times of the year. Cancellation of prepaid rooms will be subject to the following cancellation charges:
~ Up to 3 months prior to the booking: a full refund will be given
~ Between 3 and 1 months prior to the booking: a 50% refund will be given
~ Within 1 month of the booking: no refund will be available
